Dose safety motivation mediate the effect of psychological contract of safety on flight attendants' safety performance outcomes?: A social exchange perspective

This study proposes and tests a conceptual model that investigates the mediating effect of safety motivation linking psychological contract of safety (PCS) as manifested by employer obligations of safety and employee obligations of safety to safety violations and safety creative performance (SCP). Data were collected from a sample of flight attendants with two weeks time lag in Iran. Underpinned by social exchange theory, the results of structural equation modeling revealed that safety motivation fully mediates the simultaneous effects of PCS indicators on safety violations and SCP. Specifically, indicators of PCS jointly enhance safety motivation. In turn, safety motivation reduces safety violations, while enhancing SCP. Theoretical and practical implications evoked from the results advance existing knowledge of organizationally social interactions in promoting safety and the motivational mechanism through which PCS predicts employees' safety performance outcomes.     

Fluctuating levels of personal role engagement within the working day: A multilevel study

In this diary study, we examined a theoretical model in which the psychological conditions of meaningfulness, availability, and safety serve as mechanisms through which the work context during discrete situations within the workday influences “state” engagement. We further theorised that a person's “trait” level of engagement would exert cross‐level effects on the state level relationships. Multilevel analyses based on a sample of 124 individuals in six organisations and 1,446 situational observations revealed that meaningfulness and availability (but not safety) mediated the relationships between perceptions of the work context and state engagement. High levels of trait engagement strengthened the within‐person relation between availability and state engagement, yet weakened the within‐person relation between meaningfulness and state engagement, suggesting two different processes may be at play. Overall, the findings advance our understanding of engagement as a multilevel and temporally dynamic psychological phenomenon and promote a contextually based HRM approach to facilitating engagement.

在构造复杂地区,累计发生钻井复杂情况较高,实施安全钻井就显得非常重要。而钻井远程实时决策系统不仅可以及时对各种可能发生的钻井复杂情况进行提前决策分析,还可以在后方通过图文并茂的方式实时显示现场情况,这样后方专家就可以利用该系统进行多井远程实时决策和现场技术支持。该系统首先实现了远程数据的实时采集、统计分析已钻井资料总结出异常数据变化规律、并提出新的灰色关联理论计算方法,并对元坝272H井进行了应用测试,决策界面美观清晰,测试结果显著,得到了工程院专家的认可。     

建国初期中共粮食战略与1949年云南公粮征收研究

1950年3月6日以宋任穷为书记的中共云南省委正式成立，3月12日即颁布命令征收1949年公粮。当时各地基层政权立足未稳，难以承担如此巨任，阶级矛盾、民族矛盾错综复杂，征粮刚一展开即受挫。其原因主要一是云南财政恶化超出预想，粮食存量少；二是粮食新政权的保障，所以中共云南省委不遗余力地大力推进征粮工作。此次征粮不仅与云南地方军民生活用度有关，更与建国初期中共新政权在经济战场上与敌人斗争紧密相连。

储粮害虫对粮油食品生产全过程中所造成数量上的损失很大，据统计，全世界仅粮食在储藏期间，因虫害造成的损失高达5％，此外，还使其食品品质劣变。本文论述了粮食储藏过程中磷化铝熏蒸难杀死害虫分析其原因，并提出相应对策，为切实减少或避免储粮害虫造成的损失，提高储粮害虫防治水平，确保国家粮食安全有所裨益。     

Assessing the Impact of Changing Economic Environment on Productivity Growth: The Case of the Spanish Dairy Processing Industry

This article analyzes the productivity growth of the Spanish dairy processing industry from 1996 till 2011, which concerns the period of increased EU regulation regarding food safety as well as economic crisis. Data envelopment analysis is used to compute the Malmquist index and its components. The results suggest that productivity on average declined during the period under investigation. The decomposition of the Malmquist index finds that technical regress contributed to productivity decline despite improvements in technical and scale efficiencies. Our results also suggest that food safety regulations did not have a negative impact on productivity growth. Technical change and scale efficiency change made significant negative contributions to productivity growth in the period under crisis, whereas firms significantly improved their technical efficiency in that period.

随着我国煤矿开采深度的不断加大,煤层的透气性逐渐降低,而瓦斯的压力、浓度、放散量和速度则不断升高,因此加大瓦斯治理力度尤为关键。本文我们将针对当前我国煤矿瓦斯治理的现状,针对当前工作中存在的问题,提出煤矿瓦斯治理工作方面的意见和措施,以期能够提高煤矿的安全性,减少煤矿瓦斯事故的发生。     

凿井水下底卸式自动卸料吊桶

吊桶是立井井筒开凿时期提升矸石和运送材料及升降人员的主要容器,吊桶的卸矸目前多采用挂钩式或座钩式卸料方式;但是随着矿井的开凿深度不断延伸,在过透水层时,由于探放水不及时或涌出水比较大,超出了井筒的排水量,或者是由于冷冻井在解冻后,井筒的井筒质量不过关,各别井壁也会发生透水事故;这就会出现淹井事故,有时淹井深度达二三百米。对于处理这种淹井事故,往往只有一个办法,那就是用沙或混凝土对井筒回填;这就需要吊桶在下到几百米下的水底自动把料卸掉,但现在矿井常用的挂钩式吊桶和座钩式吊桶已经不能满足这个需要了。
